By playing at BoVegas (the "Casino"), you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Mentioned below are the BoVegas' terms. Read them thoroughly to ensure that you completely understand the conditions and are ready to abide by them. Consulting the Website and/or the Support once every three months is strongly suggested. Terms and conditions relating to any promotion and / or offer are subject to possible future changes. It is the player's sole responsibility to regularly look out for alterations and updates. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions, you should immediately stop using the Software and remove the Software from your computer / laptop / mobile device.

By clicking “REGISTER” as the final part of the registration process you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy at BoVegas, its promotion / competition / particular terms and conditions and other rules and policies relevant to your Participation. Each case as such may be notified to you and modified from time to time (all such terms and conditions and policies collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Rules” at BoVegas online casino).

    “BoVegas Online Casino” means the brand and all products and services, offered “Online” (accessed via PC, laptop, mobile and tablet) via www.bovegas.com;

    2.1. Player may only participate at BoVegas Online Casino if s/he is of legal age (18+).

    2.2. All players of the Casino must be of legal age (18+). Permanent and temporary residents of Azerbaijan, Aruba. Belarus, Bonair, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, China, Costa Rica, Curacao, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands Antilles, Nigeria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, as well as players accessing these locations by changing their IP address via virtual private networks (VPN), are not eligible to open an account, log in, make a deposit, bet or perform any other activity at the Casino.     2.4. Username and password are considered to be confidential information. As such, it's Player's sole responsibility to keep above mentioned data in private custody. It is prohibited to provide their account data to any third parties, including, but not limited to any minor. The Company shall not be required to maintain login information or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter the Casino because of anything other than the Company's error.

    2.5. BoVegas software / website shall be used by the Player only in order to gamble online for their own private use. Utilizing it for others is prohibited.

    2.6. The Casino reserves the right to check your logs and transactions and to cancel any promotion entitlement, when a player uses the Casino not only for his/her own private online gambling uses.

    2.7. BoVegas random number generator system defines the result and outcome of all the provided games. The player's full agreement to this is essential.

    2.8. The Player fully comprehends and is conscious of the fact that s/he might lose funds by playing games at BoVegas casino.

    2.9. Understanding of the fact that BoVegas reserves the rights to limit and / or deny any wagers placed by player is a must. Casino also retains the right to deny any game bonus for reasons including, but not confined to, player's calumny.     2.10. Only legitimate and correct player details placed upon the registration shall be accepted.

    2.15. It is necessary to read, understand and agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions before installing and using the casino's software.
    Players in breach of Section 2 or otherwise in breach of these terms will be barred from collecting any winnings, gained by playing at BoVegas. Furthermore, any person who is knowingly in breach of Section 2 may be committing fraud and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

  3. 3. Bonuses terms and conditions at BoVegas online casino

    3.1. No Deposit Bonuses

    Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    3.1.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 50 times for slot games only. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.

    3.1.2. The maximum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from a No Deposit bonus in an amount valued at or below $50 is twice the face value of the bonus. All No Deposit Bonuses valued above $50 come with a cash-out limit equal to the value of the bonus. No Deposit Bonuses cannot have max cash-out of over $100. Please note that some offers may include a max cash-out condition equal to 3 times the bonus amount, which is to be stated in Terms and Conditions of a particular bonus.

    3.1.3. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Claiming more than one No Deposit Bonus automatically voids winnings to be withdrawn.

    3.1.4. All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above (unless otherwise stated).

    3.1.5. Once a player has met the Wager Requirements and is able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the balance, as the player will not be able to withdraw these funds.

    3.1.6. Redemption of no deposit bonus is only entitled to one account per person, per household or per computer. Customers with multiple accounts who are redeeming just free bonuses or coupons could be grounds for locking all accounts with all transactions on winnings forfeited.

    3.1.7. Each no deposit promo offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restriction on the free cash bonus before using it.

    3.1.8. No Deposit Bonuses cannot be used to play the progressive games.

    3.1.9. Additional terms and conditions of the No Deposit Bonuses:

    Upon requesting for the withdrawal of the winnings, the player shall place at least one deposit to verify the account in the system. The list of documents listed in p. 8 (Withdrawal Procedure at BoVegas online casino) shall be provided prior to requesting for the withdrawal. The min amount of the withdrawal starts with $100; following up on that, the player will be required to place a deposit, equal to the difference between min withdrawal amount and max cashout won from the No Deposit Bonus (unless otherwise stated). The amount of the placed deposit shall be additionally subject to bets in the face amount of the deposit done prior to requesting for the cashout.

    3.2. Free Chip

    Unless stated otherwise, all Free Chip bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    3.2.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 40 times for slot games; 45 times for card games. The player will not be allowed to place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Free Chip (unless otherwise stated). Please, ckeck the available games for each bonus before claiming it in your Cashier section.

    3.2.2. The max withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from the Free Chip is 5 (five) times the face value of the bonus.

    3.2.3. Players cannot request for multiple Free Chip promotions consecutively. If the player has played with one Free Chip and is subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the player to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip. Please note that in order to qualify for the Free Chip, there shall be at least $60 deposit (either in total or by one transaction since the last Free Chip played, unless otherwise offered by Account manager). Any winnings resulting from multiple Free Chip bonuses will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two Free Chip promotions in a row, s/he will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

    3.2.4. All Free Chip Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above.

    3.2.5. Once the player has met the Wager Requirements, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the player's playable balance, as s/he will not be able to withdraw these funds.

    3.2.6. While mixing deposits and Free Chip bonuses is not allowed, BoVegas Online Casino is aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a Free Chip, the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cashout of the mentioned bonus will still apply. Shall you observe the mentioned case, please make sure to contact the Customer Support Department for a further possible application of the correct bonus.

    3.2.7. The Player's account balance must be $1.00 or less in order to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus.

    3.2.8. If the customer plays any game different from the allowed ones as indicated on the coupon, winnings will be void.

    3.2.9. Free Chip bonuses cannot be used to play the progressive games.

    3.2.10. Management reserves the right to lock or close any account abusing the free chip promotions offered by the casino.

    3.3. Free Spins

    Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    3.3.1. Free Spins apply exclusively to one particular slot game.

    3.3.2. Player account balance must be less than $1 in order to claim any Free Spins offer.

    3.3.3. Once the Free Spins are credited, all the games will be unavailable except for the one you received Free Spins on.

    No Deposit Free Spins

    The No Deposit Bonus is credited on the slot games. Please note that you should wager 50 times in order to withdraw your winnings. Bets/stakes placed in the games outside from the bonus will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements. This bonus comes with a maximum cashout limit: number of spins x2.

    Match Bonus for Spins

    The Match Bonus for Spins adds a specific amount of Spins on top of your deposit.
    The Bonus is credited on the slot games and has to be wagered 20 times prior to withdrawing. Bets/stakes placed in the games excluded from the bonus will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.

    Unless stated otherwise, this bonus type has no maximum cashout restriction.

    Extra Free Spins (as per Match Bonus).

    Free Spins that come with the Match Bonus have no Wagering Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits. All extra Free Spins are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits. Extra Free Spins will be applied to a particular slot game stated in the offer.

    3.3.4. The amount of money won with Free Spins has to be wagered 40 times.

    3.3.5. The maximum cash-out amount from the Free Spins offer is 5 times the number of free spins credited within the promotion.

    3.3.6. In order to qualify for Extra Free Spins bonus, the initial offer conditions should be fulfilled. Extra Free spins will be applied to particular slot game determined by the offer.

    3.3.7. Customers cannot redeem multiple free spins offers consecutively unless otherwise stated in respective offer.

    3.3.8. Free Spins attached to the Match bonus have no Wagering Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits except for the initial requirements of the Match bonus itself. All Extra Free Spins are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above.

    3.4. Match Bonuses

    3.4.1. Match bonuses for slot games: the total playable amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (unless otherwise stated). Bets/stakes placed on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the particular Match bonus will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements. Any exclusions shall be expressly stated by Terms and Conditions of the particular Match bonus.

    3.4.2. Match bonuses for card games: the total playable amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum of 35 times (unless otherwise stated). Bets/stakes placed on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the particular Match bonus will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements. Any exclusions shall be expressly stated by Terms and Conditions of the particular Match bonus.

    3.4.3. If a Player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that any applicable Wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

    3.4.4. Claiming multiple bonuses: Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. The player may not mix and/or combine promotions/bonuses. The Casino ensures all necessary technical settings to disable the option of taking more than one bonus simultaniously. If for any reason the player mixed and/or combined bonuses, including but not limited to depositing on top of the balance left from the previously taken bonus, the Casino reserves the right to apply the restrictions of the previous bonus, in general and in part of the withdrawal terms and conditions respectively, including but not limited to the coupon liability of the combined bonuses or the maximum cashout limits from the previously taken bonus. The Player shall be informed of the general Casino and particular Bonus Terms and Conditions, including the withdrawal terms and conditions, coupon liability and maximum cashout limitations, prior to participating in any of the Casino bonus programs. Unless otherwise indicated by the casino management, the player cannot claim any Free Chip if there is a pending withdrawal in place or if the player has an existing balance.

    3.5. Weekly Cashback

    3.5.1. Weekly CashBack is credited Sunday through Monday for certain player classes with no pending withdrawals in place, no withdrawals executed over the previous 7 days and with an active balance under $1. To check if your player class qualifies, please address to your Casino host or contact Customer support.

    3.5.2. Weekly CashBack is calculated on all deposits made over the previous 7 days, with the minimum of $1000) to qualify.

    3.5.3. CashBack bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 30 times for slot games or a minimum of 35 for card games. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.

    3.5.4. Unless otherwise stated, all Cash Back Bonuses come with no max cash out.

    3.5.5. Promotional funds (bonus amount) stay in the house upon completing the wagering. Bonus money serves to enhance play and helps to generate winnings and thus, cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. All promotional funds will be deducted from your winnings by the Casino, and will not be returned to the account upon withdrawal. Upon withdrawing your winnings, the bonus amount will be removed from the total winnings amount.

    3.6. Comp Points

    3.6.1. Unless otherwise stated, all comp points are the subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
    Comp points are accumulated by Player while playing games at the Casino except for the Live Dealer Titles.
    Every $10 wagered a Player gets 1 Comp Point, whereas 100 Points = $1. The minimum redeemable amount of Comp Points is 100. VIP Players earn more comp points for every wager made, depending on the VIP class a Player is a member of. For more information, please address your VIP Agent. Comp Points availability may be changed depending on your Player status at Casino's discretion.

    Comp Points have neither max cash out nor wagering once redeemed. A Player cannot claim match bonuses in addition to the comp points redeemed as both are considered as different bonus types.

    3.6.2. Match bonuses cannot be claimed on top of the comp points redeemed as both are recognized as different types of bonuses.

    3.6.3. Any comp points accrued before the first successful deposit, or any winnings derived from them are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the no deposit bonus used.

    3.7. Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to all the bonuses

    3.7.1. Only players who have registered Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be suspended. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled and winnings void.

    3.7.2. BoVegas online casino allows only one active account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number.

    3.7.3. Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional funds (bonus amount) stay in the house upon completing the wagering. Bonus money serves to enhance play and help to generate winnings; however, cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account but deducted from winnings by the Casino upon withdrawal. At the point of cashing out the winnings, all bonus money will be removed from the total amount of cash won by playing at the Casino.

    3.7.4. In order to claim a promotion, the Player shall redeem one before placing any bets after successful deposit made. In case the promotion cannot be claimed for any reason, it is the Player's sole onus to contact Customer Support for assistance with redeeming above mentioned bonus. Shall the Player starts wagering the deposit made, s/he forfeits the right to claim any promotion on that particular deposit.

    3.7.5. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer; all promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino host. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. Promotional offers via email, phone or mail are extended only to the player whom the correspondence is addressed.

    3.7.6. If a Player participated in a Casino bonus program and requests a withdrawal without fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion, to enable such a withdrawal, the Player shall fulfil all the respective requirements within a certain limited period of time. Unless otherwise stated under the particular bonus terms and conditions, playing on the following games while on the bonus will not contribute towards meeting the bonus wagering requirements: Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, Sic Bo and War.     3.7.10. If a Player decides to take a bonus or promotion, it is the Player's sole responsibility to check that any associated wagering requirements are met by contacting Customer Support before requesting a cash-out. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

    3.7.11. Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:

    Slots, Video Slots - 1.00

    Card Games - 0.20

    Video Poker - 0.20

    For example, $1 wagered on Slots will reduce the wagering requirement by $1, while $1 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $0.20.

    3.7.11. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.

    3.7.12. If players do not wish to receive bonuses, then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons. If a coupon is claimed by error/mistake, please contact Customer Support by email, phone or Live Chat before depositing or playing so that an account can be adjusted accordingly.

    3.7.13. Utilization of a coupon shall be deemed to represent acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with the use of promotional coupons stated above. Players are not required to use coupons when depositing and should not do so without a complete understanding of these terms and conditions.

Players who use systems or strategies designed to defeat the Casino may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions, at the discretion of the BoVegas online casino management.

    3.7.17. Casino reserves the right to modify / change these terms and conditions at any time, the bonus is on the player to keep up to date with changes and modifications made.

    3.7.18. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you as a Player and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.

  4. 4. Network progressives

    Apart from regular slot games, BoVegas offers PROGRESSIVE games, implemented in the software.

    4.1. Only deposited money can be used to play progressive slot games at BoVegas. No bonuses apply. If the player has a bonus code redeemed, he/she will not be eligible to play progressive slot games until his/her balance is less than $1 with completed wagering requirements. Any winnings gained in progressive slot games with bonuses applied will be annulled upon requesting a withdrawal due to violation of rules and playing excluded games.

  5. 5. General terms and conditions of playing at BoVegas online casino

    5.1. BoVegas Casino makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to the Player’s legal right to participate in any of its games, nor do any of its employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

    5.2. BoVegas Casino employees, licensees, distributors, affiliates, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or any other agencies, media partners, retailers, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in Casino games. A Player is only allowed to enter the Casino for the private online gambling uses. It's prohibited to use the Casino for professional or commercial use.

    5.4. BoVegas Casino Online Casino reserves the right to terminate a Player’s account at any time without giving any notice to the Player whereas the Player violates the Terms And Conditions of BoVegas Casino Online Casino. BoVegas Casino Online Casino also reserves the right to void any funds, including but not limited to the Player’s winnings, except for the Player’s initial deposit amount, in any of the following circumstances:

    5.4.1. If evidence suggests that a Player has more than one active account at BoVegas Online Casino.

    5.4.2. If a Player provides incorrect or false information during their registration process.

    5.4.3. Any mismatch or discrepancy between the name on the Player's Casino account and the name on the credit card(s) the Player used to make a deposit into the account.

    5.4.4. If a Player is not of legal age.

    5.4.5. If a Player resides in a jurisdiction where participation in the Casino is prohibited, as stated in the BoVegas Casino Terms and Conditions.

    5.4.6. If a Player permitted someone else to play using their BoVegas Casino account, whether it was done intentionally or unintentionally.

    5.4.7. If a Player has used unfair external factors, taken advantage of our services, or colluded with others to gain an unfair advantage, etc., the BoVegas Online Casino reserves the right to block the account from using our promotions. Furthermore, the BoVegas Online Casino may freeze the winnings and return the deposit to the customer.

    5.4.8. If a Player was found wagering through any means other than the Casino's interface or using any automated betting system, bot or software designed to hack the Casino. Wagers must be placed only through the Casino software. Any wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" Player is strictly forbidden. If a Player is found using any additional program that the Casino didn't supply, the Casino reserves the right to cancel and void all of their wagers retroactively, suspend their account and/or take further associated actions.

    5.4.9. If a Player was found cheating the system in order to walk away with more bonuses than he/she is entitled to or found marketing offers for new users and signed up for them multiple times.

    5.4.10. If it has become known to the company that a Player has played under any of the circumstances listed under this section within the group of our Casinos.

    5.4.11. If a Player charged back or reversed any of the deposits made in the Casino or in the other BoVegas Casino sister Casinos operated by the platform.
